Steps- 1) 1 grated carrot. 2) 5 tsp shredded cabbage. 3) 5 tsp chopped spring onion. 4) 1/2 finely chopped onion. 5) 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste. 6) 1 tsp chilly sauce. 7) 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well. Combine well. 8) 2 tsp maida( Plain floor). 9) 2 tsp corn flour. Mix well. Moisture absorbed. 10) Soft dough. Ball sized- greased hand. 11) Deep fry at medium flame. 12) Stir occasionally. Golden brown and let it become crispy. 13) Drain off. 14) Add 2 tsp oil in a pan. 15) 1 inch finely chopped ginger. 16) 3 cloves and finely chopped garlic. 17) 1 tsp chilly. 18) 2 tsp chopped spring onion. Stir fry at high flame. Half finely chopped onion. 19) Stir fry at high flame. 20) 1/2 sliced capsicum. Stir fry at high flame. 21) 2 tsp vinegar. 2 tsp soy sauce. 22) 1 tsp chilly sauce. 2 tsp tomato sauce. 23) 1/2 tsp pepper powder. 24) 1/4th tsp salt. Stir fry at high flame. Combine well. 25) 1.25 cup water. Mix well. Stir and boil. 26) 1/4th cup water mix in a bowl. 27) Corn flour slurry- no lumps.
