Veg manchurian gravy

Steps-
1) 1 grated carrot. 2) 5 tsp shredded cabbage. 3) 5 tsp chopped spring onion. 4) 1/2 finely chopped onion. 5) 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste. 6) 1 tsp chilly sauce. 7) 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well. Combine well. 8) 2 tsp maida( Plain floor). 9) 2 tsp corn flour. Mix well. Moisture absorbed. 10) Soft dough. Ball sized- greased hand.  11) Deep fry at medium flame. 12) Stir occasionally. Golden brown and let it become crispy. 13) Drain off. 14) Add 2 tsp oil in a pan.  15) 1 inch finely chopped ginger. 16) 3 cloves and finely chopped garlic. 17) 1 tsp chilly. 18) 2 tsp chopped spring onion. Stir fry at high flame. Half finely chopped onion. 19) Stir fry at high flame. 20) 1/2 sliced capsicum. Veg noodles Indian street style

Steps-
1) 6 cup water. 2) 1 tsp salt. 3) 1tsp salt. 4) Now boil it for 1 minute. 5) 125 gm hakka noodles. Boil for 3 minutes. 6) Stir and separate. 7) 90% cook-al dente. 8) Do not cook it fully. 9) Drain off water. 10) Add cold water in it. Stop cooking process. 11) Spread 1 tsp oil on it. 12) Coat well. Make non sticky noodles. 13) Take a pan. 2 tsp oil. 14) 2 clove garlic finely chopped.  15) 1 inch ginger finely chopped. 16) 1 slit chilly. Instant dhokla recipe

Steps-
1) 1/2 cup besan ( gram flour) . 2) 3 tsp rava( semolina).  3) Sieve it.  4) 1/2 tsp ginger spoon. 5) 2 finely chopped chilly. 6) 1/4th tsp turmeric.  7) 1 tsp sugar. 8) 1 pinch hing. 9) 1/2 tsp salt. 10) 1 tsp lemon juice.  11) 1 tsp oil. 12) 1 cup water. 13) Whisk and mix ( 2 tsp water if required then whisk) only in one direction. 14) Smooth consistency. Rest 20 minutes.  15) Whisk 2 minutes. Prepare steamer.  16) Add ENO in it and mix gently. Frothy batter . 17) Put the dhokla batter in a greased container.  18) Place it in a steamer ( Boiling water). 19) Steam 20 minutes.  20) Unmould it. Soft and spongy dhokla. Cut it in pieces.  21)  Add 3 tsp oil in a pan. 22) 1/2 tsp mustard.  23) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp sesame . 24) 1 pinch hing. 25) Few curry leaves, 2 slit chilly. Saute and slutter. 26) 1/4 th cup water. 1 tsp sugar. 1/4th tsp salt. 27) Mix and boil. 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix well . Tempering it on the dhokla. 28) Add coconut and coriander on the dhokla.

Upma special recipe

Steps-
1) 1 cup rava( Semolina). Dry roast at low flame. Keep aside. 2) Take 2 tsp oil in a pan. 3) 1 tsp mustard. 4) 1/2 tsp chana dal. 5) 1/2 tsp urad dal. 6) 1 dried red chilly. 7) Few curry leaves. Splutter it. 8) 1/2 finely chopped onion. Saute well. 9) 2 finely chopped green chilly. 10) 1 inch finely chopped ginger. Saute well. 11) 3 cups water. Boil it. 12) 1/2 tsp sugar. 13) 1/2 tsp salt. 14) 1 tsp ghee. Mix well. 15) Now, add roasted rava in it and stir continuously. 16) No lumps! Mix well.  17) After the water has been absorbed, let it simmer for 5 minutes. 18) Cooked well.  19) 1/2 lemon, 2 tsp finely chopped coriander. Mix well.

Your delicious meal is ready to be served!!

Veg hara bhara kabab

Steps-

1) Take 1 bowl spinach (palak). Blanch 2 minutes. Squeeze off water . Keep aside. 2) 2 tsp oil.  3) 1 chopped green chilly. 4) 1 chopped capsicum. Saute well.  5) 3/4th cup beans. 6) 3/4th cup peas. 7) Saute 5 minutes. 8) Veggies and spinach blend course.  9) 3/4th cup boiled and grated potato. 10) 3/4th cup crumbled paneer.  11) 3 tsp chopped coriander.  12) 1 tsp corn flour.  13) 2 tsp bread crumbs.   14) 1/2 tsp chilly powder. 15) 1/2 tsp coriander powder. 16) 1/2 tsp garam masala. 17) 1/4 th tsp turmeric. 18) 1 tsp aamchur. 19) Salt- According to your taste. 20) Make small patties out of it. 21) Cover bread crumbs. 22) Cashew-In centre. 23) Deep fry in hot oil. Fry on medium flame. 24)  Stir occasionally. The color comes out to be golden brown.
Your Hara bhara kabab is now ready to be served!!!!

Potato sandwich

Steps-
1) 2 boiled and mashed potatoes. 2) 2 tsp onion ,finely chopped. 3) 2 tsp capsicum, finely chopped. 4) 1 tsp coriander, finely chopped. 5) 1/2 tsp chilly powder. 6) 1 tsp chaat masala. 7) 1/4th tsp salt. 8)  Combined well. Potato masala ready!! 9) Take bread and spread tomato sauce on it. 10) Spread green chutney and then aloo masala. 11) Put tomato slice on it and crushed pepper. 12) Use cheese to enhance taste. 13) Cover it with another slice of bread. Cover it and press it softly. 14) Take a hot pan. Take half tsp butter and spread on the bread.  15) Now put the bread on the pan. Wait it till it get golden in color. Flip over till it get golden too. 16) Press it gently till both the sides get golden. 17) Cut it in half.

Now your dish is ready to be severed!!!!

Poha special recipe

Steps-
1) 1.5 cup thick (aval) poha . 2) Add water. 3) Soak for 2 minutes (Do not over soak). 4) Drain off  water. 5) 1 tablespoon sugar. 6) 3/4th tsp salt. 7) Mix gently. 8) Keep aside.  9) Take a pan . 10) Two tsp oil. 11) Two tsp peanut. 12) Roast on low flame. Turns crunchy. 13)  Keep aside in a plate. 14) 1 tsp mustard in the same pan. 15)  1 tsp cumin seeds(jeera). 16) 1 pinch asafoetida (hing). 17) Few curry leaves. Splutter tempering. 18) 1 finely chopped onion. 19) 2 finely chopped chilly. Saute well. Shrinks slightly. 20) 1/4th tsp turmeric. Saute well. 21) Put soaked poha in it and the roasted peanut. Mix gently but do not mash. 22) Combined well. Cover it. Simmer 5 minutes. Cooked completely. 23) 2 tsp coconut grated. 24) 2 tsp finely chopped coriander.  25) 2 tsp lemon juice. Mix well.
Your dish is ready to be served!!!
