Spicy masala corn

Steps-
1) Take 2 cup sweet corn.  2) Boil for 5 minutes. 3) Let it cook well. 4) After it is cooked, drain the water. 5) Take a pan. 6) Put the boiled corn in it. 7) Add 1 tsp butter. 8) Saute for 2 minutes till the butter melts. 9) Turns aromatic. 10) Transfer in a bowl. 11) Add 1/4th tsp chilly powder. 12) 1/4th tsp cumin powder. 13) 3/4th tsp chaat masala. 14) 1/4th tsp salt. 15) 2 tsp lemon juice. 16) Mix well.
Spicy masala corn is ready to be served!!!

Chocolate milkshake

Steps-
1) Take a container. 2) Add 1 cup cold milk.  3) 1 tsp cocoa powder. 4) 2 tsp powdered sugar. 5) 1 scoop vanilla ice cream. 6) 6 ice cubes. 7) Blend frothy. 8) Take a glass. 9) Add 1 tsp chocolate syrup. 10) Pour the prepared chocolate milk shake. 11) Spread whipped cream.
Enjoy the chocolate milkshake!!

Eggless pancake

Steps-
1) Add 2 cup maida ( plain flour) in a bowl. 2) 2 tsp sugar. 3) 1 tsp baking powder. 4) 1/2 tsp baking soda. 5) 1 pinch salt. 6) Mix well. 7) 2 tsp melted butter. 8) 1 cup milk. 9) Whisk smooth, no lumps. 10) Add 1/2 cup milk. 11) Whisk smooth.
 Smooth batter is ready.
13) Flowing consistency. 14) Pour the batter on hot plain tawa. 15) Simmer for 2 minutes. 16) Flip over. 17) Simmer for 2 minutes. 18) Cooked completely. 19) Put a piece of butter on it and spread honey.
Tasty pancake is ready!!

Fruit popsicle

Steps-
1) Add 1 cup chopped watermelon in a pot. 2) 15 strawberry. 3) Blend smooth. 4) Take the popsicle container. 5)  Add 1 sliced kiwi. 6) Pour 3/4th prepared juice in it. 7) Chopped 2 grapes. 8) Cover- set fruits. 9) Freeze for 30 minutes. 10) Open- half set. 11) Pour 1/4th cup coconut milk in it. 12) 1 tsp powdered sugar. 13) Mix well. 14) Pour it in the 2nd  layer. 15) Close it. 16) Freeze for 4 hours. 17) After this suspend it in hot water to let it remove easily.
Enjoy the fruit popsicle!!!

Onion chutney

Steps-
1) Add 2 tsp oil in a pan. 2) 1 tsp urad dal. 3) 1 tsp chana dal. 4) 4 dried red chilly. 5) Roast on low flame. 6) 1 finely chopped onion. 7) Saute well. 8) Let it become golden brown. 9) Let it cool completely. 10) Add small piece tamarind. 11) Small piece jaggery. 12) Salt to taste. 13) 1/4th cup water. 14) Blend smooth. 15) Take a tadka pan. 16) Add 2 tsp oil. 17) 1 tsp mustard. 18) 1 tsp urad dal. 19) 1 pinch hing. 20) 1 broken dried red chilly. 21) Few curry leaves. 22) Splutter it. 23) Temper onion chutney in it.
Onion chutney is ready!!

Homemade chocolate

Steps-
1) Take a pan. 2) Use double boiling method. 3) Add 3/4th cup coconut oil. 4) Melt it. 5) Add 1 cup powdered sugar. 6) 3/4th cup cocoa powder. 7) 1/3rd cup milk powder. 8) 1 tsp vanilla extract. 9) Mix well. 10) Smooth and silky. 11) Scoop and pour it - silicon moulds. 12) Pat gently. 13) Refrigerate for 2 hours. 14) Set well after hours. 15) Sprinkle powdered sugar on it.
Homemade chocolate is ready!!

Coconut ladoo

Steps-
1) Add 2 cup fresh/ desiccated coconut in a pan. 2) 1.5 cup milk. 3) Mix well. 4) 3/4th cup sugar. 5) Mix well on low flame. 6) Sugar melts. 7) Stir continuously. 8) Milk evaporates on low flame. 9) Turns crumbly after 20 minutes. 10) Let it cool for 10 minutes. 11) Add 2 tsp chopped cashew. 12) 1/4th cardamom powder. 13) Mix well. 14) Make ladoo out of it. 15) Roll it on desiccated coconut.
Enjoy coconut ladoo!!

Pizza sauce

Steps-
1) Cut 6 tomato in X shape. 2) Boil for 30 minutes. 3) Peel skin. 4) Blend smoothly 3 tomatoes. 5) Take a pan. 6) Add 2 tsp oil. 7) 2 cloves garlic ( crushed). 8) 1/2 finely chopped onion. 9) Chop remove seeds of the remaining 3. 10) Add the chopped tomato in the pan. 11) Mash well. 12) Add the tomato puree. 13) 2 tsp basil. 14) 1 tsp sugar. 15) 1 tsp chilly powder. 16) 3/4th oregano. 17) 1/2 tsp chilly flakes. 18) 1/2 tsp salt. 19) Mix well. 20) Simmer for 5 minutes. 21) Add 1 tsp tomato sauce and butter. 22) Mix well.
Pizza sauce is ready!!!

Veg lollipop

Steps-
1) Add 2 grated boiled potato in a bowl. 2) 2 tsp finely chopped onion, capsicum. 3) 2 tsp grated carrot. 4) 3 tsp peas, corn. 5) 2 tsp finely chopped coriander. 6) 1/2 tsp chilly powder. 7) 1/4th tsp garam masala. 8) 1/2 tsp aamchur. 9) 1/2 tsp chaat masala. 10) 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste. 11) Salt to taste. 12) 1/4th cup bread crumps. 13) Mix well. 14) Forms dough. 15) Take an another bowl. 16) Add 2 tsp maida, corn flour. 17) 1/4th tsp crushed pepper. 18) Salt to taste. 19) 1/2 cup water. 20) Mix well. 21) It should be lump free. 22) Take bread crumb in the third bowl. 23) Make small ball out of dough. 24) Deep it in maida paste. 25) Coat with bread crumbs. 26) Deep fry in hot oil. 27) Stir occasionally OR BAKE AT 180 DEGREE C FOR 12 MINUTES. 28) It becomes golden and crispy. 29) Insert tooth pick.

Mayonnaise

Steps-
1) Add 1 cup oil in a bowl. 2) 1/2 cup chilled milk. 3) 1/2 tsp sugar. 4) Salt to taste. 5) 1/2 tsp mustard powder. 6) 1/2 tsp crushed pepper. 7) 1 tsp lemon juice. 8) 1 tsp vinegar. 9) Blend on medium speed. 10) Thickens- high speed. 11) After 7 minutes it turns creamy. 12) It becomes thick and creamy.
Mayonnaise is ready!!!

Eggless chocolate cake

Steps-
1) Add 1 cup condensed milk in a bowl. 2) 3/4th cup butter. 3) Beat smooth and fluffy. 4) Sieve 1.5 cup maida. 5) 3 tsp coco powder. 6) 3/4th tsp baking soda. 7) 1 tsp baking powder. 8) 1/4th tsp salt. 9) Sieve it. 10) Fold gently. 11) Add 1 tsp vinegar. 12) 3/4th tsp vanilla extract. 13) 3/4th cup warm milk. 14) Mix gently. 15) Add more milk if required. 16) Smooth consistency. 17) Transfer to cake pan. 18) Level it up. 19) Pat it twice. 20) Bake at 180 degree C for 25 to 30 minutes. 21) Insert tooth pick. 22) If it comes out clean then it is baked completely. 23) Cool it completely. 24) Take a bowl. 25) Add 1/2 cup butter. 26) Beat it smooth and fluffy. 27) 1/2 cup coco powder. 28) 2 cup powdered sugar. 29) 1 tsp vanilla extract. 30) 1/4th cup cold milk. 31) Beat smooth and fluffy.
* Frosting is ready.
32) Spread frosting on baked cake. 33) Apply over sides. 34) Level it up.

Chole masala

Steps-
1) Take a cooker. 2) Add 1 tsp oil. 3) 1 bay leaf. 4) 1 piece cinnamon. 5) 1/2 tsp cumin. 6) 1 finely chopped onion. 7) 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste. 8) Saute well. 9) Add 2 finely chopped tomato. 10) Mix well. 11) Add 1 tsp chilly powder. 12) 1/4 tsp turmeric. 13) 1 tsp coriander powder. 14) 1/4th tsp cumin powder. 15) 1/4th tsp aamchur. 16) 1/4th tsp garam masala. 17) 1 tsp salt. 18) Saute well. 19) Add soaked chickpea ( chole). 20) Add 1 cup water. 21) Mix well. 22) Wait for 7 whistles. 23) Add coriander.
Chole masala is ready to be served!!

Coconut chutney- dosa ( Hotel style)

Steps-
1) Add 1 cup fresh small coconut pieces in a mixture. 2) 1 tsp roasted peanut. 3) 1 tsp roasted split gram. 4) 2 petals onion. 5) 2 chilly. 6) Small piece tamarind. 7) 1/2 tsp salt. 8) 1/2 cup warm water. 9) Blend smooth. 10) Put it in a bowl. 11) Take a pan. 12) Add 2 tsp oil. 13) 1 tsp mustard. 14) Broken dried red chilly. 15) Few curry leaves. 16) Saute and splutter. 17) Temper it on the chutney.
Your coconut chutney is ready to be served!!!

Special basundi recipe

Steps-
1) Take 2 litre milk in a pan. 2) Boil and stir occasionally. 3) Add 2 tsp chopped almonds, cashew, pistachios. 4) Mix well. 5) Boil on low flame. 6) Stir occasionally. Keep boiling till cream forms. 7) Scrape bottom. 8) Simmer and boil for 30 minutes. 9) Do not burn. 10) Mix reduces- quarter. 11) Add 1/2 cup sugar. 12) Few saffron. 13) Mix well. 14) Sugar dissolves . 15) Boil for 5 minutes. 16) Keep stirring. 17) Milk thickens.  18) Add 1/4th tsp cardamom powder. 19) Mix well.
Serve hot or chilled special basundi!!

Potato chips

Steps-
1) Take 1 medium red potato. 2) Peel the skin. 3) Slice thinly. 4) Add the thin slice potato in cold water. 5) Soak for 30 minutes. 6) Drain completely. 7) Pat dry. 8) Fry in hot oil on medium flame. 9) Flip over.  10) Fry- turns crispy. 11) Put it in a bowl. 12) Sprinkle crushed pepper and salt.
Crispy and tasty potato chips is ready!!!!

Rasmalai- milk powder

Steps-
1) Take 4 cup milk. 2) Boil it. 3) Stir occasionally. 4) Add 1/2 tsp saffron and cardamom. 5) 1/4th cup sugar. 6) Mix well. 7) Simmer for 5 minutes. 8) Scrape cream. 9) Add 2 tsp chopped dry cream. 10) Simmer for 5 minutes. 11) Milk thickens.
* Rabri is ready.
12) Take 1 milk powder. 13) 2 tsp powdered sugar. 14) 1/4th cup milk. 15) Mix well on low flame. 16) No lumps. 17) Milk thickens. 18) Thick paste. 19) Add 1/2 tsp ghee. 20) Mix well. 21) It should separate from the pan. 22) Forms lump. 23) Make it small ball size and make it flat. 24) Take it in a bowl and add rabri.
Your sweet rasmalai is now ready!!!

Special mango kulfi

Steps-
1) Add 3/4th cup mango cubes in a mixture jar. 2) Add 1/2 cup milk. 3) 1/2 cup cream. 4) 1/2 cup condensed milk ( milkmaid ). 5) 1/2 tsp cardamom powder. 6) 1 tsp saffron water. 7) Blend smooth. 8) Pour it in matka/cup. 9) Add chopped pistachios.
10) Add some saffron. 11) Cover it. 12) Freeze it for 8 hours. 13) Remove the cover.
Enjoy special mango kulfi!!!

Gulab Jamun- with milk powder

Steps-
1) Add 1 cup sugar. 2) Add 1 cup water. 3) Boil it. 4) Simmer for 4 minutes. 5) 1/4th tsp cardamom powder. 6) Squeeze  1/2 lemon. 7) Cover and keep it aside. 8) Take a bowl. 9) Add 1 cup milk powder. 10) 1 cup maida. 11) 1 tsp rava. 12) 1/4th baking soda. 13) 1 tsp ghee. 14) Squeeze 1/2 lemon juice. 15) Crumble well. 16) Sprinkle warm milk. 17) Make soft dough out of it. 18) Make small balls. It should not crack. 19) Fry it in ghee on low- medium flame. 20) Let it become golden brown. 21) Put the fried jamun in the hot syrup. 22) Rest it for 2 hours.
Your sweet gulab jamun is ready!!!

Schezwan

Steps-
1) Add 2 cups dried red chilly in a bowl. 2) Add hot water. 3) Soak for 30 minutes. 4) Put it in a mixture jar. 5) Blend it smooth. 6) Take a pan.  7) Add 3/4th cup oil. 8) 3/4th cup garlic. 9) 2 tsp ginger. 10) Saute well. 11) Add prepared chilly paste. 12) Saute for 2 minutes. 13) Add 1/4th cup water. 14) Mix well. 15) Simmer for 15 minutes. 16) After some time oil is separated. 17) Add 1/2 tsp pepper. 18) 2 tsp vinegar. 19) 2 tsp soy sauce. 20) 2 tsp tomato sauce. 21) 1 tsp sugar. 22) Salt to taste. 23) Mix well.
Your delicious schezwan chutney is ready!!!



Green chutney- sandwich and chaat

Steps-
1) Add 1 cup coriander. 2) 1/2 cup mint. 3) 3 cloves garlic. 4) 3 inch ginger. 5) 3 chilly. 6) 2 tsp roasted gram dal. 7) 1/2 tsp cumin powder. 8) 1 tsp chaat masala. 9) 1/2 tsp sugar. 10) 1/2 tsp salt. 11) 1 pinch hing ( asafoetida ). 12) 1/2 cup water. 13) Blend smooth. 14) Put it in a bowl or any container. 15) Now, add 1 tsp lemon.
Your tasty green chutney is ready!!!



Chilly cheese sandwich

Steps-
1) Take a bowl. 2) Add 1 finely chopped capsicum, onion. 3) Grate 1 stick cheddar cheese. 4) Add 1/2 tsp crushed pepper. 5) 1 tsp chaat masala. 6) 1/4th tsp salt. 7) Mix well. 8) Keep it aside.
* Chilly cheese stuffing is ready. 9) Take a slice of bread. 10) Spread green chutney on it. 11) Spread chilly cheese stuffing on it. 12) Take another slice of bread and follow 10,11 number steps. 13) Cover it. Add the green chutney both the sides. 14) Again spread the stuffing. 15) Take third slice and spread green chutney on it. 16) Cover it. 17) Put it in a toaster. 18) Grill golden with butter both the sides. 19) Cut it in half. 20) Grate cheese on it.

Chocolate Ice cream

Steps-
1) Add 2 cup chilled heavy cream ( malai). 2) 3/4th cup powdered sugar. 3) Beat and mix it for 1 minute. 4) It thickens. 5) Stiff peaks. 6) Add 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 7) 1/2 cup chilled milk. 8) 1 tsp vanilla extract. 9) 1 pinch salt. 10) Mix well. 11) Beat and mix for 2 minutes. 12) Stiff peaks. 13) Cream texture. 14) Transfer in freezer safe container. 15) Level it up. 16) Close airtight. 17) Freeze for 8 hours. 18) Freezed well.
Your creamy and tasty ice cream is ready!!!


Homemade vanilla ice cream

Steps-
1) Add 1 cup thickened cream. 2) Blend for 40 seconds.
* Whipped cream is ready.
3) Put it in a bowl. 4) Add 1 cup condensed milk. 5) Add 1 tsp vanilla extract. 6) Fold gently. 7) Transfer air tight container. 8) Freeze for 6 hours. 9) Scoop it out and add it in cone. 10) Decorate it with  chocochips .
Your sweet vanilla ice cream is ready!!!



Special veg biryani

Steps-
1) Take a cooker. 2) Add 2 tsp ghee. 3) 2 bay leaf. 4) 2 inch cinnamon.  5) 1 star anise. 6) 5 cloves, 4 cardamom. 7) 1/2 tsp pepper. 8) 1/2 tsp cumin. Saute on low flame. 9) Add 1 finely chopped onion. Saute well. 10) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Saute well. 11) Add 1/2 cup carrot, beans, gobi( flower), peas. 12) 1 cube potato. 13) 3 sliced mushroom. 14) Saute well. Vegetable shrinks.  15) Add 1 cup curd ( yogurt). 16) 1/2 tsp turmeric. 17) 1 tsp chilly powder. 18) 1/4th tsp cumin powder. 19) 2 tsp biryani masala. 20) Salt to taste. 21) Mix well on low flame. 22) Spread 3 tsp finely chopped coriander. 23) 10 leaves roughly chopped mint. 24) Spread 2 tsp fried chopped onion. 25) Add 1.5 cups basmati rice. Soak for 30 minutes. 26) Spread uniformly. 27) Sprinkle biryani masala. 28) Add 1 pinch salt. 29) 10 leaves roughly chopped mint. 30) 3 tsp finely chopped coriander. 31) 4 tsp fried onions. 32) 2 tsp saffron water. 33) 1 tsp ghee. 34) 2 cups water. 35) Close the cooker . Simmer for 25 minutes.

Steps-
1) Take a pan. 2) Add 2 cup milk. 3) Boil it. 4) Add 1/2 tsp cardamom. 5) Nut meg powder. 6) 3 to 4 tsp badam kaju pista powder. 7) Some saffron. 8) 2 tsp sugar. 9) Stir and boil on low flame for 5 minutes.
Enjoy hot or cold masala milk!!


Sweet lassi

Steps-
1) Take 1 cup curd in a container. 2) Whisk smoothly. 3) Add 1 cup cold water. 4) Add 2 tsp powder sugar. 5) 1/4th tsp cardamom powder. 6) Whisk frothy. 7) Add 1 tsp thick cream ( optional). 8) Add in a glass. 9) Spread few dry fruits.
Your sweet lassi is ready!!!


Bread cutlet

Steps-
1) Take 4 slices of bread. 2) Cut sides. 3) Crumble them in a bowl. 4) Add 2 boil and mashed potatoes. 5) Take 1/2 finely chopped onion. 6) 1/2 finely chopped capsicum. 7) 2 tsp boil corn. 8) 1 finely chopped green chilly. 9) 1 tsp ginger paste. 10) 1/4th tsp turmeric. 11) 1/2 tsp chilly powder. 12) 1/2 tsp garam masala. 13) 1/2 tsp chaat masala. 14) 1/4th tsp crushed pepper. 15) Salt to taste. 16) 1 tsp corn flour. 17) 1 tsp lemon juice. 18) 2 tsp finely chopped coriander. 19) Combine well. 20) Non sticky dough. 21) Grease your hand and make it ball size.  22) Flat it. Make it in round shape. 23) Deep fry in hot oil. 24) Stir occasionally till it become golden brown.

Veg manchow soup

Steps-
1) Take a pan. 2) Add 1 tsp oil. 3) 2 tsp spring onion (white). 4) 1/2 finely chopped onion. 5) 1 tsp crushed garlic. 6) 2 inch ginger. 7) Saute well. 8) Add finely chopped cabbage, carrot, beans. 9) Mix weel. 10) Add finely chopped capsicum. 11) Add 2 cup water. 12) Boil for 5 minutes. 13) Add salt to taste. 14) 1 tsp chilly sauce. 15) Mix well. Boil for 2 minutes. 16) Add 1 tsp vinegar. 17) 1 tsp soy sauce. 18) Add 1/2 cup corn starch, 19) Mix well. 20) Add finely chopped spring onion. 21) 1/2 tsp pepper. 22) Take it out in a bowl.  23) Add fried noodles on the soup.

Macaroni

Steps-
1) Take a pan . 2) Add 6 cup boiled water. 3) Add 1 cup macaroni. 4) 1 tsp oil. 5) Salt to taste. 6) Stir well. Boil for 10 minutes. 7) Cook well. 8) Drain water. 9) Rinse cold water. 10) Take an another pan.  11) Add 2 tsp olive oil. 12) 2 cloves finely chopped garlic.  13) Saute well. 14) Add 1/2 finely chopped onion. 15) Saute well. 16) 1 finely chopped tomato. Saute well. 17) Soft and mushy. 18) Add broccoli, capsicum, carrot.
19) Saute for 2 minutes. 20) Add 1/2 tsp chilly powder. 21) 1/2 tsp aamchur. 22) Salt to taste. 23) Saute on low flame. 24) Add 2 tsp tomato sauce. 25) 1/2 tsp crushed pepper. Mix well 26) Add cooked macaroni. 27) Mix gently. 28) Add cheese -grated ( optional). 29) Add chopped spring onion.
Your tasty Macaroni is ready to be served!!!



White sauce pasta special

Steps-
1) Take a pan. 2) Add 6 cup water. 3) 1 tsp salt. 4) Let it boil for 3 minutes. 5) Add 2 cup pasta. 6) Boil for 7 minutes. 7) Do not overcook. 8) Al- Dente perfectly cooked. 9) Drain off. 10) Take an another pan and add 2 tsp oil. 11) 2 clove finely chopped garlic. 12) Saute well. Add 1/2 chopped onion. 13) 1/2 chopped carrot. 14) 1/2 chopped capscium. 15) 3 tsp sweet corn. 16) Saute for 1 minute. Do not overcook. 17) 1/2 tsp pepper( crushed). 18) 1/2 tsp salt. Saute well. Let it become crunchy. 19) Take a 3rd pan. 20) Add 2 tsp butter. 21) 3 tsp maida ( plane flour). 22) Saute on medium flame. 23) Turns aromatic. 24) Do not make it brown. 25) Add 1 cup milk. 26) Mix continuously.   27) Combine well. It thickens. 28) Add 1 cup milk. Mix continuously. 29) Stir. Silky smooth texture. 30) Perfect consistency. 31) 1/2 tsp pepper( crushed). 32) 1/2 tsp chilly flex. 33) 1/2 tsp mixed herbs. 34) 1/2 tsp salt. 35) 1/2 tsp salt. mix well.

Steps-
1) Add 1 tsp butter in a pan. 2) Add 2 finely chopped onion. 3) Mix. 4) Add 1 tsp chilly powder. 5) 1/4th tsp turmeric. 6) 1/2 tsp garam masala. 7) 1/4th tsp chaat masala. 8) Mix well. 9) Add 1 cup water. 10) Add boiled potato. 11) Mix well. 12) 3/4th tsp salt. 13) Add 1 cup water. 14) Mash well. 15) Add 1 tsp tamarind chutney. 16) 2 tsp finely chopped coriander. 17) Place it in a plate. 18) Spread finely chopped onion on it. 19) 2 tsp masala peanut. 20) 1 tsp coriander. 21) 2 tsp pomegranate.
* Your stuffing is ready.
22) Take a pav. 23) Cut it from the centre. ( Not in two pieces). 24) Spread garlic chutney on one side and tamarind chutney on the other side. 25) Add finely chopped onion on it. 26) Add 2 tsp stuffing on it along with sev. 27) Take a pan and add butter on it. 28) Toast both the sides. Bhel puri recipe

Steps-
1) 2 cup bhel ( churmuri / puffed rice). 2) 1/2 finely chopped onion. 3) 1/2 boiled and cubed potato. 4) 3 crushed papdi. 5) 3 tsp mixture. 6) 2 tsp fried peanut. 7) 2 tsp finely chopped tomato. 8) 1/2 tsp chaat masala. 9) 1/4th tsp chilly powder. 10) 1/4th tsp salt. 11) Mix well. Do not over mix. 12) Add 3 tsp tamarind chutney. 13) 2 tsp green chutney. 14) 1 tsp lemon juice. 15) Mix well. Coated well. 16) 2 tsp sev. 17) Mix well. Do not over mix. 18) Take it out in a bowl. 19) Spread sev, crushed papdi, coriander.
Your delicious bel puri is now ready to be served!!


Special french fries

Steps-
1) Take potatoes according to you and peel off the skin. 2) Make thick slices out of it in finger size pieces . 3) Soak it for 20 minutes in cold water. 4) After this let it rest in hot water for 10 minutes. 5) Let it dry and freeze for 1 hour. 6) Deep fry for 2 minutes. 7) Keep it aside till it cool completely. 8) Fry again- double frying makes it crispy. 9) Let it become golden brown. 10) Take it out in a bowl or anything. 11) Add salt and pepper.
Your crispy french fries is now ready to be served!!

Bread Pakoda special

Steps
1) Take 3 boil and mashed potatoes.  2) 1 finely chopped chilly. 3) 1 inch finely chopped ginger. 4) 2 tsp finely chopped coriander. 5) 1/4th tsp chilly powder. 6) 1/2 tsp aamchur ( dry mango powder).\ 7) 1/2 tsp chaat masala. 8) 1/4th tsp salt. 9) Mix well.
* Aloo stuffing is ready!
10) Take 1 bread slice. 11) Spread 1 tsp green chutney on it. 12) Cut it into half. 13) Spread aloo stuffing. 14) Put and press another slice on it. 15) Keep it aside. 16) Take a bowl. 17) Add one cup besan ( gram flour) in it. 18) 2 tsp rice flour. 19) 1 pinch hing ( asafoedia). 20) 1/4th tsp chilly powder. 21) 1/2 tsp salt. 22) 1 pinch soda. 23) Mix well. 24) Add 1/2 cup water. 25) Mix well. No lumps. 26) Flowing consistency. 27) Take the bread which you kept aside and coat it with the batter. 28)  Deep fry it in hot oil that is on medium flame. 29) Fry both sides. 30) It becomes golden and crispy.
