Paneer sandwich recipe Steps- Take 1 cup paneer ( cottage cheese ). 2 tsp grated carrot. 2 tsp chopped capsicum. 2 tsp boiled corn. 1 tsp chopped coriander. 1/4th tsp chilly powder (optional). 1/4th tsp cumin powder. 1/4th tsp salt. 2 tsp tomato sauce. Mix well. Paneer stuffing is ready. Take a brown/white bread. Add 1/2 tsp green chutney. Spread. Add 2 tsp paneer stuffing. Spread. Take an another bread. Spread 1/2 tsp green chutney. Cover and press gentluy. Grill or pan toast with butter. Close and grill for 1 minute. Golden and crisp. Paneer sandwich recipe is ready to be served!! Fun Fact- White chocolate isn’t chocolate.

Instant jalebi recipe Steps- Take 1 cup sugar in a pan. 1/4th cup water. Stir. Boil for 5 minutes. 1 string consistency. Keep the pan aside. Banana cake recipe- Steps- Take 3 banana and chop it in a bowl. Add 3/4th cup sugar. Beat smooth. Add 1/4th cup curd(yogurt). 1/2 cup olive oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Beat smooth. Sieve 2 cup wheat flour( atta). 1 tsp baking powder . 1/4th tsp baking soda . 1/4th tsp cinnamon powder. Salt to taste. Sieve. Mix-cut and fold method. Do not over mix. Smooth batter. Add 1/4th tsp chocolate chip. Mix gently. Transfer it in the cake tray. Pat twice. Add 1 tsp chocolate chips. Preheat and bake @ 180 degree C for 60 min. Let it cool. Potato fry recipe Steps- Take a potato. Peel potato. Cut thick slices. Cut cubes. Soak for 5 minutes. Add 1 tsp oil in a pan. Transfer soaked potato in the pan. Stir and spread. Fry for 2 minutes. Fry on medium flame. Do not over mix. Fry golden brown. Add 1 tsp chilly powder. 1 tsp salt. Mix well. Crispy and spicy potato fry recipe is ready to be served!! Jeera rice recipe

Steps- Take 1 tsp ghee in a pan. Add  1 tsp cumin. Some cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and cardamom. Mix well. Add 1/2 medium sized onion. Saute well. Add 2 cups cooked rice. Salt to taste. Mix gently. Steps- Take a pan. Add 2 tsp oil. 1 cup rinsed basmati rice. Roast on low flame. After 5 minutes- nutty flavour. Add 1 tsp crushed pepper. 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well. Boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Mix gently. Cover and rest for 5 minutes. Add 2 tsp chopped coriander. Cooked completely. Tomato soup

Steps- Take a pan. Add 1 tsp butter. 1/2 finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic. 1 bay leaf. Saute slightly. Onion shrinks. 3 chopped tomato. 1/2 chopped carrot. 1/4th tsp salt. Saute for 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Soft and mushy. Remove bay leaf. Cool completely. Blend smooth paste. Sieve tomato paste in a pan. Add 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Adjust consistency. Boil for 1 minute. Add 1 tsp sugar. 1/2 tsp crushed pepper. 1/4th tsp salt. 2 tsp cream. Mix well. Smooth and creamy tomato soup is ready!!! Fun fact- Ketchup was once believed to have medicinal qualities!!

Veg crispy

Steps- Take a bowl. Add 1/4th cup maida. 1/2 cup corn flour. 1/2 tsp crushed pepper. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. 1 tsp vinegar. Salt to taste. Water as required. Mix well. Flowing consistency. Add 1 cubed shape capsicum( red and green). Take few cauliflower, babycorn and cauliflower. Coat batter. Coat well. Deep fry in hot oil. Stir occasionally on medium flame. Let it become crunchy and golden brown . Drain and keep aside. Take a pan. Add 2 tsp oil. 2 cloves finely chopped garlic. 1 slit green chilly. 2 tsp finely chopped spring onion. Saute on high flame. Add 1 tsp chilly sauce. 2 tsp tomato sauce. 1 tsp soy sauce. Salt to taste. Mix well on hot flame. Add fried vegetables. Mix gently. Coat with sauce. Spread 2 tsp finely chopped spring onion. Veg crispy is ready to be served!!

Corn sandwich

Steps- Take 3/4th cup boiled corn in a bowl. Add 2 tsp finely chopped capsicum. 2 tsp finely chopped onion. 1/4th cup grated cheese. 1/2 tsp crushed pepper. 1/4th tsp salt. Mix well. Add a bread slice. Spread green chutney on it. Put and spread corn mixture on it. Take an another slice and spread green chutney on it. Cover and press. Grill with butter. Grill golden brown. Corn cheese sandwich is ready!! 

Chocolate mug cake

Steps- Take a coffee mug ( microwave safe). Add 3 tsp maida. 1.5 tsp cocoa powder. 1/8th tsp baking powder and pinch soda. Stir well. Add 2 tsp melted butter. 3 tsp condensed milk. 4 tsp milk. Stir well. Fistful of raisins choco chips. Mix well. Microwave for 2 minutes. Add sugar powder topping. Chocolate syrup. Chocolate mug cake is ready!!!!

Paneer butter masala

Steps- Take a pan. 1 tsp butter. 1 tsp oil. 1 slice onion. 1 inch ginger. 3 cloves garlic. Saute well. It changes color. Add 2 chopped tomato. 10 cashew. Saute well. Oil coated. Cover it and cook for 10 minutes. Cook well. Soft and mushy. Cook completely. Blend smooth paste. Take a pan. Add 2 tsp butter. 2 pods cardamom. 1 bay leaf. Saute well. Turns aromatic. Add 1/4th tsp turmeric. 1 tsp chilly powder. 1/4th tsp garam masala. 1/4th tsp cumin powder. Saute on low flame. Do not burn. Add onion tomato paste. Saute well. Keep stirring. Cook on medium flame. It thickens and oil is separated. Add 1 cup water. 1/2 tsp sugar. 1 tsp salt. Mix well. Adjust consistency. Add 2 tsp fresh cream. Mix well. Combine well. Adjust consistency. Add 20 cubes paneer( cottage cheese). Mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cooked completely. Perfect consistency. Add 2 tsp finely chopped coriander. 1/2 tsp crushed kasuri methi. 1/4th tsp garam masala. Mix well. Paneer butter masala is ready to be served!!

Wheat momos

Steps- Take a bowl. 2 cups wheat flour. 2 tsp oil. Salt to taste. Mix well. Add water as required. Knead dough. Add water if required. Smooth and soft dough. Cover for 30 minutes. Take a pan. Add 2 tsp oil. 2 cloves finely chopped garlic. Saute well. 1 finely chopped onion. Saute well. 2 cups shredded cabbage( purple/white). 1 grated carrot. Saute for 2 minutes. 1 tsp vinegar. 1 tsp soy sauce. 1 tsp chilly sauce. 1/2 tsp crushed pepper. Salt to taste. Mix well. After 30 minutes. Knead slightly. Small ball size.  Roll it- slightly thin. Add wheat flour dust. Cut round. Brush sides by water. Add prepared stuffing in it. Start pleating. Join edges. Forms bundle. Steam for 10 minutes. Wheat momos is ready to served!! Momos chutney

Steps- Add 2 cup water in a pan. 3 tomatoes. 4 dried red chilly. Boil for 5 minutes. Blanched well. Cool slightly. Peel skin. Cool completely. Put it in a blender pot. Add 4 cloves garlic. 1 inch ginger 5 blanch almond. 1 tsp sugar. 1 tsp vinegar. 1 tsp soy sauce. 1/4th tsp salt. Blend smooth. Spicy and tasty chutney is ready!! You can try our new app-

Steps- Add 2 cups grated boiled potatoes in a bowl. 1/4th cup bread crumbs. 2 tsp corn flour. 1/2 tsp chilly powder. Salt to taste. Combine well. Add bread crumbs if required. Forms dough. Refrigerate for 30 30 minutes. Divide it into half. Make balls. Pat and flatten on butter paper. Slightly thick. Cut round. Take a straw and make eyes on it . Take a spoon and make smile on it. Potato smiley- ready to fry or bake. Deep fry on hot oil. Stir occasionally. Fry golden and crisp. Potato smiley is ready to be served!!  

Chocolate lava cake

Steps- Take a sieve . Add 1/2 cup maida ( plain flour/wheat flour) . 1/4th cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1/4th cup baking soda. 1/2 tsp baking powder. Salt- pinch. Sieve it in a bowl. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4th tsp oil or butter. 1/2 cup milk. Whisk and combine. Add 1/4th cup milk. Whisk. Take a small cup and brush oil in it. Add 1/4th tsp cocoa powder. Dust. The cup is coated well. Do the same with 3 more cups. Take the prepared cake batter . Flowing consistency. Pour 3/4th in the cup. Add 3 chocolate pieces each . Push chocolate inside. Preheat and bake @ 180 degree for 15 minutes. Take it out and pat gently in a dish. Sprinkle powdered sugar on it. Chocolatey lava cake is ready!!!

Veg frankie

Steps- Add 2 tsp oil in a pan. 1/2 capsicum. Saute well. Add 2 mashed boiled potato. 3/4th cup crumbled paneer ( cottage cheese). 1 tsp chilly powder. 1/2 tsp garam masala. 1/2 tsp chaat masala. Salt to taste. Mix well. Take a tawa pan. Add 1/2 tsp butter. Put chapati/wraps. Spread butter both the sides. Roast both the sides. Spread tomato sauce on one side uniformly. Spread chopped lettuce. Add thinly chopped carrot. Thinly sliced onion. Put the prepared stuffing on it. Roll it in a cylindrical shape. Put 1 tsp green chutney in it. Fold bottom and sides. Hold tight. Wrap sides. Oreo milkshake

Steps- Take 5 oreo biscuts in a jar. Add 3/4th milk. 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. Blend it. Thick milkshake. Add whipped cream. Put pieces of oreo in it. Enjoy oreo milkshake!!

Kadai paneer

Steps- Take 2 tsp coriander seeds in a pan. 1 tsp cumin. 1/2 tsp pepper. 3 whole dried red chilly. Dry roast it on low flame. Turns aromatic. Blend crarse. Kadhai masala is ready. Take an another pan. Add 2 tsp oil. 3 cloves garlic. 1 inch ginger. Saute well. Add 1 slice onion. Saute well till it becomes golden brown. Add 2 finely chopped tomato. 5 whole cashew. Saute well. It becomes Soft and mushy. Cool it completely. Blend smooth. Tomato onion paste is ready. Take a 3rd pan. Add 1 tsp butter. 1 bay leaf. 1 silt chilly. 1 tsp kasuri methi. Saute on low flame. Turns aromatic. Add 1/2 petals onion. 1/2 cubed capsicum. Saute for 1 minute. It shrinks slightly. Keep it aside. 1/4th tsp turmeric. 1/2 tsp chilly powder. Saute on low flame. Add tomato onion paste in it. Mix well. Add kadhai masala in it. 1 tsp salt. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. Color changes. Oil releases. Cooked completely. Add 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Adjust consistency. Add 12 cubes paneer ( cottage cheese) . 2 tsp cream

Maggi noodles

Steps- 1) Take a pan. 2) 2 tsp oil. 3) 1 tsp chopped garlic. 4) Saute well. 5) 1/2 finely chopped onion. 6) Saute well. 7) 1/2 finely chopped capsicum. 8) Saute well. 9) 1 finely chopped tomato. 10) Saute well. 11) 1/2 cup broccoli and peas. 12) Saute well. 13) 1/2 tsp turmeric. 14) 1/2 tsp chilly powder. 15) 1/4th tsp garam masala. 16) Saute well. 17) 2 cups water. 18) Boil it . 19) 2 sachet maggi masala. 20) Salt to taste. 21) Stir well. 22) 2 pack maggi noodles. 23) Spread. 24) Boil for 2 minutes. 25) Stir occasionally. 26) Water absorbed. Ready to be served!!!

Lemonade - nimbu paani

Steps- 1) Take a jar. 2) Add 7 ice cubes. 3) 1 inch crushed ginger. 4) 5 leaves roughly chopped mint. 5) 1 tsp powdered sugar. 6) 1/2 lemon juice. 7) Salt to taste. 8) 1/4th tsp crushed pepper. 9) 1 slice lemon. 10) 1 glass cold water. 11) Mix well. Enjoy!!!!

Mug pizza

Steps- 1) Take a small coffee mug . # It should be microwave safe. 2) Add    1/4th cup maida. 3) 1/8th tsp baking powder. 4) 1/16th tsp baking soda. 5) Salt to taste. 6) 1 tsp oil. 7) 3 tsp milk. 8) Mix well. 9) Lump free dough. 10) Add 2 tsp pizza sauce ( tomato sauce). 11) Spread uniformly. 12) Handful mozzarella cheese. 13) Olives- randomly. 14) Jalepno- randomly. 15) 1 pinch chilly flakes. 16) 1 pinch oregano. 17) Shift it to microwave for 2 minute ( 900w). Cheesy pizza is ready to be served!!
