Steps-
- Take a mixture glinder.
- Add 3 tomato.
- 3 dried red chilli.
- 1 inch ginger.
- Blend smooth.
- Transfer the tomato paste in a bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup rava ( semolina/suji).
- 1/2 cup rice flour.
- 1/4th cup wheat flour.
- 2 cup water.
- Whisk and mix.
- No lumps.
- Add 1 finely chopped onion.
- 2 tsp finely chopped coriander.
- 1 tsp cumin ( jeera).
- 1/2 tsp crushed pepper.
- 1 tsp salt.
- Mix well.
- Flowing consistency.
- Soak for 20 minutes.
- Add 1 cup water.
- Mix well.
- Watery consistency.
- Pour in very hot tawa.
- Do not fill holes.
- Add 2 tsp oil.
- Simmer for 3 minutes.
