Steps-
- Take a bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup warm water.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- 1 tsp dry yeast.
- Mix well.
- Yeast activates after 5 minutes.
- Sieve 2 cup maida ( plain flour) in it.
- Salt to taste.
- Mix well.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Soft dough.
- Add 2 tsp butter.
- Knead for 5 minutes.
- Tuck dough.
- Cover and rest for 2 hours.
- It ferments.
- Take a pan.
- Add 2 tsp oil.
- 1 tsp mustard.
- Few curry leaves.
- A pinch hing (asafoetida).
- 1 finely chopped green chilli.
- 2 tsp ginger and garlic.
- Saute well.
- Add 1 finely chopped onion.
- Saute well.
- Add 1/2 tsp turmeric.
- Saute well.
- Add 3 boiled potato.
- Salt to taste.
- Mix well.
- Add 2 tsp coriander.
- 2 tsp lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Take the fermented dough and punch well.
- Combine and knead lightly.
- Tuck dough.
- Cut equal sizes.
- Make ball and flatten.
- Pull sides.
- Add 1/2 tsp dry garlic powder.
- Add 1 tsp prepared aloo masala.
- Stuff in centre.
- Seal tight.
- Rest for 1 hour.
- Bake @180 degree C for 25 minutes.
- Spread some butter on it.
