Steps-

  1. Take a pan.
  2. Add 1 cup moong dal.
  3. Roast for 2 minutes.
  4. Let it cool completely.
  5. Blend smooth- coarse powder.
  6. Put it into the pan and turn off the flame.
  7. Add 1/2 tsp chilli powder.
  8. 1/4th tsp turmeric powder.
  9. 1 tsp coriander powder.
  10. 1/4th tsp cumin powder.
  11. 1 tsp fennel powder.
  12. 1/2 tsp mango powder.
  13. 1/2 tsp garam masala.
  14. Sprinkle some hing.
  15. 1 tsp sugar.
  16. 1 tsp salt.
  17. Mix well.
  18. Add water as required.
  19. Take a bowl.
  20. Add 1 cup maida.
  21. 1 tsp rava.
  22. 1 tsp oil.
  23. 1 tsp salt.
  24. Crumble. Add water.
  25. Knead well.
  26. Make a soft dough.
  27. Cover it with a moist cloth.
  28. Rest for 15 minutes.
  29. Make small ball out of it and flatten it. 
  30. Make thin edges.
  31. Add  stuffing.
  32. Make bundle.
  33. Pinch the top.
  34. Press and flatten, thin edges.
  35. Deep fry and make it golden brown.
