Well this post is not trying to replicate the mc donald’s aloo tikki burger recipe, but a North Indian food.   Steps- Take 2 boiled and mashed potato ( aloo) in a bowl. 1/4th cup boiled peas ( matar). 1/4th tsp turmeric. 1/2 tsp chilli powder. 1/2 tsp coriander powder. 1/4th tsp cumin powder. 1/4th tsp crushed pepper. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste. 1/2 tsp Salt. Mix well. Forms dough. 1/4th cup washed poha (beaten rice/aval). Mix well. Poha absorbs moisture. Keep it aside. Take an another bowl. Add 3 tsp maida ( plain flour). 2 tsp corn flour.  1/4th tsp pepper (  crushed). 1/4th tsp salt. 1/4th cup water. Mix well. Now take the bread crumb

Sweets containing strawberry jam and milk are quite popular. It is made with strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Steps- Take 750 grams chopped strawberry in a pan. 1 cup sugar. Mix well, sugar dissolves. Add 1 tsp lemon juice. Stir well. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Boil for 10 minutes. Strawberry softens. Mash strawberry. Smooth consistency. Cook on medium flame. Thickens. Turns into dark color. After it cools completely, transfer it to jar. ENJOY WITH BREAD!!
