Cupcakes were frosted in either Chocolate OR Vanilla... Steps- Put 3/4th cup curd/ yogurt in a bowl. 1/4th cup oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Whisk for 5 minutes. Take a sieve. Add 1.25 cup maida. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. Pinch salt. Sieve it. Whisk and combine. Add 1/4th cup water. Whisk smooth. Add 1/4th cup chocolate chips. Fold gently. Scoop 1 tsp cake batter. Fill it 2/3rd in cupcake liners. Shake pat. Add more chocolate chaip. Bake @ 180 degree C for 15 minutes. Take it out and insert toothpick in one of the cup. If the toothpick comes out clean
